Carlo has been a member of the Dargon Project since 1986. He enjoys travel, and has visited several European countries in recent years. In June of 2001, his book "When In Europe: A Travelogue Collection" was published through iUniverse.com.

He does the illustrations for each issue of DargonZine, and occasionally dabbles in music.

One of the strangest experiences of his life happened in late December of 1999, when he was blasted 5000 years into the future by backwash from a transecting time corridor. He was on hand to witness humanity's last stand against the aggressive life-forms that evolved to take over the Earth.

On the eve of the last battle, he was thrown back into the past by the same temporal transect, but arrived seven years before he left. The experience "freaked his mind", as it were, and he suffered severe writer's block for a long time afterwards.

However, these events altered his original timeline, so that when he was thrown forward in time again he used the knowledge that he gained from the first temporal excursion to ensure that the last surviving humans would be triumphant in their battle, thus saving the future for all mankind! Cool, huh?
