Here's a picture of Grim, Carlo, and Orny on their way back through Denver International and home. Not one of them would get home anywhere near on time, as storms in the Chicago area messed up air travel continent-wide. But in the end, everyone got home safely.
The Writers' Summit was a huge success, both in terms of forming and strengthening friendships between our writers, and also in terms of how much Dargon-specific work got accomplished. We've proved not only that writer meetings are feasable, but both productive and enjoyable, and I know that all of us who attended the gathering of the clans in Denver are looking forward to a similar gathering at Grim's lovely estate just outside Washington D.C. next spring!
