Sunday night we had dinner at a restaurant called the Wagon Wheel, which
despite its western-sounding name, was really an Italian restaurant/bar with a
mixed menu of seafood and ribs. And we got a real flavor of New York from
their practice of not merely automatically including a whopping 25 percent
gratuity on the check, but calculating that gratuity on the total
after adding in taxes!
